One Week. No Laptop. Keep building with your AI partner. A founder uses her phone beside the sea, connected to her cloud workspace.
THE CHALLENGE Your ambition travels with you.
One priority at a timeNot a task list. The single thing worth doing next, and why.
It comes backCheck-ins in your timezone, matched to how fast the work moves.
It does some of itResearch, drafts, monitoring — and product changes as pull requests.

You're still the founder. Your AI COO organizes the work — every real commitment stays yours.

01 — A week with your AI COO

A week with your AI COO.

One founder, one idea, three conversations. The plan changes because the evidence did — that is the whole product.

Your AI COOThe spreadsheet isn’t the problem — reconciling it at month end is. Let’s scope that before we build anything wider.

Illustrative conversations, not a live session or a customer story. Three interviews are a starting point, not proof of a market.

02 — How the work splits

Talk it through. Then split the work.

Some work needs your judgment. Some your AI COO can carry. Agreed product changes go to Builder and come back as code you can read.

You do it

An assignment, not advice

What to do, why it matters this week, and what a useful result looks like. Bring it back for review.

Task brief: Customer interviews (3) · objective, evidence to collect, review date.

Your AI COO does it

Work that runs while you sleep

Research, analysis, drafts and monitoring on a schedule. You come back to findings, not a blank chat box.

Scheduled: Competitor pricing review · findings ready for the next check-in.

Builder does it

Product changes as pull requests

Agree on one scoped change and route it to Builder. It arrives as a pull request on your connected repository — nothing goes live on its own.

Build request: Add month-end export · one screen, one confirmation state.

You are still the founder

Your AI COO organizes work, prepares drafts and schedules follow-ups. It asks first before anything that commits you: meaningful spending, signing agreements, deleting important data, or sending sensitive external mail.

03 — Your workspace

Everything you decided, still there next time

Conversations, project goals, scheduled work and follow-ups in one place. You pick up where the evidence left off.

Scoped it. Reconciling takes them about three hours each month.

Three hours a month is a price you can name. Let's write the offer before we write the feature.

04 — Questions

Questions.

Do I need a company already?

No. Bring an idea, or just an outcome you want AI to help you reach. The first conversation sets the goal and gathers enough context to pick a useful first action.

How is this different from a chatbot?

It carries context forward — goals, decisions, open work, results — and it comes back to you. It asks for evidence, changes its own recommendation when the evidence changes, runs scheduled work, and routes agreed product changes to Builder.

Will it build my product for me?

It can route one concrete, agreed change to Builder, which delivers a pull request against your connected GitHub repository. You review and merge — a build request never changes a live site by itself.

What if I miss a check-in?

You get an email with a link straight back into the conversation. Follow-ups use your timezone and adapt to how the work is actually moving — nothing is mandatory.

Is a human COO behind it?

No — this is an AI COO, built for an ongoing working relationship rather than a single answer. You stay the founder and keep authority over every real commitment.
